Protein drinks to build muscle that can be attended by yourself:
1- Coconut Drinking:
- 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened.

2-Mango drink:
- 1 cup sugar-free apple juice.
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
- 1 large hanging of orange juice.
- 1/2 cup frozen mango.
- 1/2 cup frozen apple.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla.
3-Almond drink:
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk.
- 2 tablespoons of the chocolate.
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter.
- 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips.
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut.
4-Drink caramel:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
- 2 tablespoons of the chocolate.
- 1 hanging from instant coffee.
- 1 hanging crème caramel sugar free.
5-Drink apple:
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches.
- 1 cup water or sugar-free apple juice.
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla.
6-Drink chocolate, bananas:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
- 2 tablespoons chocolate.
- 1 cinnamon hanging.
- 1 hanging from the chocolate chip.
- 1/2 cup frozen banana.
7-Drink chocolate and peanut butter:
- 2 tablespoons chocolate.
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
- 1 hanging peanut butter.
- 2 tablespoons of water.
- 1 hanging flaxseed.
8-Fruits rich in fiber:
- 1 cup skim milk, apple juice or sugar free.
- 1 banana fresh fruit.
- 3- 4 fruits fresh strawberries or 1/3 cup blueberry.
- 1 small bran pending.
- 4-6 ice cubes.
9-Sweet strawberries:
- 3 tablespoons vanilla.
- 2 ounces of water.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt.
- 1 cup strawberries.
